Loyalty Coordinator

What the job is about:

Support Clubcard relevant areas, mainly Clubcard activities & its execution on local market incl. customer queries associated with Clubcard and its smooth management

Create and distribute periodical reports for relevant teams and partners (Finance, TBS etc.)

Ensure proper execution of all planned Clubcard mailings, events & campaigns, briefing agency on creative materials

Work cross functionally with the wider Marketing team and external partners, taking the opportunity to grow and develop his/her knowledge across different areas

Introduction of new processes & overall better Clubcard knowledge and attention towards delivery of KPI's for this area

Evaluations in excel and ppt, preparation of Clubcard performance presentations

Support any other ad hoc project in connection with local Clubcard activities

Keeping contact with Tesco Business Services Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre

Coordinating/preparing training for stores from materials and communication perspective

Responsible for Clubcard customers data privacy and management in compliance with GDPR, align with legal team on Clubcard related documents

Member of Central European Clubcard team in Marketing department, occasionally travel to Prague, Bratislava

What you will need:

University education in Marketing

Upper-intermediate level of english (B2)

Min. 1-2 of working experience, but we also welcome fresh graduates

MS Excel advanced user
