We are seeking a strategic and market-oriented Product Manager to own and drive our client's product portfolio across its entire lifecycle. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, transforming market insights into profitable products. Operating as an expert individual contributor, you will act as a key entrepreneurial driver within our European regional framework, collaborating across functions to build, position, and scale our offerings. Elvárások / Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an emphasis on Economics. Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product management or a closely related commercial/technical field. Language Skills: Fluent English is a must; German language skills are a significant advantage. IT: SAP, BI, MS Office products - escpecially Excel, AI tools and interest is a nice to have. Mindset: A strong entrepreneurial approach combined with a high level of market and customer orientation. Analytical Skills: Excellent data-driven and analytical capabilities with a strong aptitude for numbers, budgets, and business cases. Execution & Prioritization: Ability to make hard choices, prioritize effectively, and maintain a proactive, assertive, "get-things-done" attitude. Stakeholder Management: In-depth expertise in navigating international matrix organizations and collaborating across global cross-functional teams. Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external partners. Logistics: Willingness to travel as required by business needs. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Formulate and execute regional product strategies, adapting existing methods to achieve operational targets. Innovation & Product Development: Partner closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure targeted customer needs are incorporated into product design and branding. Pricing & Profitability: Manage the product P&L (budgeting, expenditures, and profitability) and develop commercialization strategies, including pricing, licensing, and distribution. Go-to-Market & Sales Support: Analyze product/brand performance and customer feedback as direct input for product enhancements and market execution.
