Feladatok

Check and confirm the accuracy of third-party and/or broker trade confirmations in a timely manner.

Respond to or escalate compliance, commercial, or regulatory issues when necessary.

Support cross-functional projects related to trade confirmations.

Understand and follow internal controls, while identifying and reporting any control deficiencies, potential risks, or fraud concerns.

Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to ensure smooth and accurate operations.

Elvárások

Active Hungarian student status with at least 6 months remaining from your onboarding date.

Availability to work at least 20 hours per week based on an agreed schedule.

English language proficiency at B2 level or above.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (any field) and have successfully completed your first year of university.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.

Ability to manage complex situations while balancing customer and business needs.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
