Acts as a single point of contact for FBT Tax Superuser Team in the operated SAP’s development programsRepresents the team in project development discussions, analyzing system setup and creating impact assessmentsDrives testing the designed solution and presenting the results to project and local tax partners.Takes full ownership of the allocated portfolio’s tax condition tables and the integrity of the tax design of the operated SAP system by following the respective controlsBeing responsible for SAP Tax model maintenance and if necessary, raises Change RequestsManages and facilitates work with users (tax and non-Tax) to identify risks / issues and mitigation plan related of the operated SAP systemAssist in identifying and support of data or user issuesSupports members of the FBT Tax Compliance team and coordinates team activities in common projects, provides SAP trainingsDevelops good working relationships both internally and externally at peer level and represents the FBT Tax Superuser Team both to internal and external partnersManages tax audits from a receiving end connected to Tax Superuser Team’s processes Relevant degree in Finance or EconomicsRelevant work experience in related Indirect Tax Accounting and Reporting areaFluency in EnglishDemonstrated experience with SAP financial modules and functionalityKnowledge in navigating SAP, with the capability to retrieve information using various transaction codes for both sales and purchase scenariosDeep understanding of knowledge of indirect tax rules to determine tax treatments for various business scenarios, including chain transactionsGood understanding of indirect tax accounting principles, including the recording of input and output taxes and their impact on financial statementsDemonstrating strong analytical skills in evaluating issues and identifying underlying root causesPrioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectivesExcellent coordination and communication skills Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elementsLife & health insurance, medical care packageHybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needsOpportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning optionsCelebrate in bp’s success.
