Category Manager – Equipment (Group Procurement)

Manage equipment categories in MOL Group (MRO - Maintenance, Repair, spare parts, mechanical, laboratory etc)Build strong collaboration across Procurement and related functions in all assigned countries (EU region, mainly Cro, Hu, Sk)Lead the development and implementation of category strategies and working groupsDrive cross‑functional Category Working Groups and manage supplier selection within value limitsCreate and execute short-, mid-, and long‑term procurement plans aligned with business needsManage category projects, including new technologies, scope extensions, savings initiatives, and supplier performance programsWork with Sourcing to prepare negotiation plans and support supplier negotiations and claim managementOversee Supplier Relationship Management: segmentation, evaluation, development, PI/PO initiativesDeliver KPIs, savings targets, and category performance commitments University degree (Economics, Engineering, or similar)5–6 years of procurement or category management experienceFluent EnglishERP knowledge (SAP preferred), BI tools, MS OfficeWillingness to travel; B‑category driving licenseStrong analytical and negotiation skillsEnergetic, self‑driven working style with the ability to move initiatives forward independently Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageFlexible cafeteria system (e.g., SZÉP card, AYCM card, MOL LIMO)Life and health insurance, including a full medical care packageHQ presence, responsibility/visibility on group levelAccess to health programs and company events
