Mapping, analyzing, and redesigning internal processes.Leading or supporting interviews and workshops with middle and senior management.Creating process models (flowcharts, RACI matrices, process descriptions) and preparing/updating internal policies, decision-support materials, and presentations.Analyzing data and synthesizing results.Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders across the organisation. University degree (business, engineering, management, or related fields).Strong analytical thinking and big-picture perspective with attention to detail.Excellent people skills: active listening, assertive communication, and stakeholder management.Proficiency in MS Office and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Draw.io).Confident, business-level English proficiency (including business terminology)Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields (organizational development, process development, operations management, management consulting, strategic planning etc.) Relevant experience in process development, organisational development, or consulting is an advantage.Familiarity with AI or BI tools (advanced ChatGPT and generative AI apps, Power BI, etc.).
