Senior marketing specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the company’s B2B marketing activities and support the continued growth of our operative vehicle leasing business. This is a hands-on role for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with excellent execution across digital and traditional channels.You will be showing your CARE towards internal and external client via: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with business goalsGenerate qualified B2B leads through digital channels, content, events and partnershipsResponsible for lead management and distributionWork closely with Sales to support customer acquisition and retentionPlan and manage integrated online and offline marketing campaignsResponsible for the company website, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, social media, email marketing activities etc.Owns content creation, like producing audio or video content for promotional reasonsOrganize internal and customer events, webinars and industry exhibitionsManage external agencies and marketing suppliersMonitor marketing KPIs (campaign performance, website analytics, conversion rates etc.), optimize results and adjust marketing strategyEnsure consistent brand positioning across all internal and customer touchpoints 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in leasing, automotive, financial services or another complex service industryProven experience in lead generation and digital marketingProficient in MS Office, with advanced PowerPointStrong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing and content marketingExperience with CRM and marketing automation platformsConfident in using AI-powered productivity and content toolsBachelor’s degreeEnglish: fluent (B2/C1), Hungarian native levelAbility to multitask, well organizedExcellent verbal and written communication skills A key role with real business impactOpportunity to shape and develop the company's marketing strategyConvenient location, class A modern office building2 days Home office/week
