HR Operations Manager (maternity cover)

Responsible for all country HR Operations – the production and distribution of HR documents for all HR Processes from Hire to Retire within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure compliance of legal requirements in relation to documentation and reporting for all HR Processes from Hire to Retire through country HR Operations Specialists including appropriate approvals and notifications to the government. Oversee local benefits administration needs through country HR Operations Specialists.Improve and lead the implementation of HRIS processes and systems to ensure high standards.  Oversee provision of timely and accurate administrative support for country payroll administration and related activities including ongoing local compliance and governance.Point of contact for Labor inspections, audits and committees if required. Manage HR Operations related vendors and key stakeholders i.e. HRD's, HRBP's and the business.Serve as the key local interface ensuring focus on HR processes, data accuracy, SOX compliance, policies, local SOP's, Process Maps and act as local consultant for divisionally owned systems and processes.  have 3-5 years of managerial experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll and Employee Relations (including knowledge of labor legislation)are self-driven subject matter expert, who identifies and solves issues, combining HR Operational expertise with pragmatic and commercial thinking.have working knowledge of HRIS and/or talent management solutionsare familiar with NEXON4/eHRare advanced in project and change management as well as capable to communicate, organize and prioritize.are data oriented, analytical and skilled in setting strategy and influencing leaders and business partners.are decisive, accountable and trustworthy person, experienced in understanding the high confidentiality of the role.are persuasive and influential communicator with ability to effectively listen, engage and facilitate – both in English and Hungarian.are happy to join us with a fixed-term contract (maternity cover) Place of work:  Budapest (but willing to travel to Bőcs once per week) or Bőcs  We offer you flexible benefits and bonus scheme on top of your base salary.You can combine the tranquillity of your home with our sparkling office environment, due to our hybrid working scheme.As a multinational company there is a wide range of development and career opportunity.We provide you cheerful community events, CSR programs to beer you up!You can work on such great products, which could not miss from any of the best parties!
