Job description: Managing the boutique occupying up to 170 sq. mImplementation of the established sales objectivesAnalysis and implementation of the established KPI valueEffectiveness in team managementProfessional customer serviceInformation circulation and transferring according to the company’s standardsTaking care of the boutique’s image according to established standards – Visual Merchandising, stock management, etcRegular reporting and cooperation with company’s headquartersResponsible for security of the company’s property (material responsibility) We are looking for candidates who: Possess at least 2-year experience in team management (retail industry particularly)Are highly interested in fashionAre well-organized with analytical abilitiesAre able to determine and fulfill short- and long-term objectivesHave experience in motivating team and building up positive relationshipsPossess experience in training employeesShow initiative and are creativeCan multitask and face new challengesAre able to deliver first-class customer serviceAre ready to work flexible hours (at the weekends also) Work with young and dynamic teamParticipation in interesting projects within the whole retail chain (including trips abroad)Possibility of professional growth in a company within an established position on the market
