Enterprise Server Services Team leader

Coordinate and manage daily operation of Enterprise Server Services (ESS) team with 8 team membersFigure out new directions, plans to be able to improve ESS services and to deliver more value to the business.Managing a team of 8.Quarterly evaluations, at least monthly 1-2-1 meetings with all team membersCreate and maintain training planWork together with other team leaders in the organizationCoordinate project activities, participate project meetings and create resource plansCreate holiday and home office plans, approve holidays and home office requests in SAPCreate target settings and compensation plans for colleaguesFollow the ITIL processes defined in the organization.
