Act as a Finance Business Partner for MOL Group functional units and support planning and reporting processes across MOL, Slovnaft, INA and other Group companies.Supervising MOL Group-level OPEX business planning and actual reporting. Proactively seeking for report enhancement, visualization and automation. University/College degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.3-5 years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering, FP&A or a similar finance-related role.Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.Advanced Excel skills and confident use of MS Office tools and basic knowledge of SAP.Ability to work independently and in a complex matrix organization.Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian.
