Senior Performance Analyst

Ensure performance tasks and workflows are executed in accordance with established deadlines to meet client deliverables.Maker Role: Produce performance output in various formats, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures, verification checks, and sign-offs.Checker Role: Conduct a thorough secondary review of all steps performed by the maker, providing validation.Assist the team manager with ad hoc tasks, client inquiries, and performance investigations.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance to resolve problems, escalations, and complex/escalated transactions.Assist with the identification and implementation of process standards and improvements to enhance efficiencies.Assist in training and coaching new team members.Influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in areas of specialization, and support projects as necessary.Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment in personal behavior and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. 5-8 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, finance, or a related business area.Performance/Investment certification preferred (e.g., CFA, CIPM).Experience in accounting, finance, or an operational business-related area.Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services, funds services, and processes.Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in a related area.
