HR generalist

Provide HR services and HR consultation to employees.Provide expertise, consultation and mediation to managers/supervisors as regards labor law compliance, recordkeeping, recruiting, employee retention programs, performance appraisal, disciplinary and termination processes.Coordinate, manage and monitor hiring and recruitment processes for the blue collar workers including the review of application/resume, the evaluation of applicants’ skills and the recommendation regarding the applicants’ qualifications.Guarantee that supervisors are in compliance with all national and company guidelines.Cooperate in creating, maintaining and applying policies and procedures.Manage pre-payroll activities.Plan and carry out employee orientation process as well as exit interviews.Manage work clothes, lockers and entry cards.Manage time and attendance systemMaintain HR ERP system (Workday) Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related subject3+ years of relevant professional experience in HR and AdministrationAdvanced skills in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organizationStrong knowledge in social security and labor lawGood organizing ability and time management skillsStrong customer focusProven ability to manage multiple tasks with high diligenceWorking proficiency in English and Hungarian Stable company background and long-term working possibilityFull of challenges and high-level professional activities at a German companyGreat team.
