Manage and optimise material requirements and maintain a balance between supply and demand;Arrange and monitor production schedule, including mass production and trial production of new products; Align production plan with material planning to ensure material availability regularly;Manage and monitor logistics delivery plan according to the delivery date and the status of production;Identify supplier risks based on different types of materials, develop reasonable delivery plans based on demand, coordinate resources from all parties;Manage and optimise the end to end order;Stock analysis of raw material, semi-finished goods and finished goods and take the necessary actions to promote efficiency;Optimize inventory structure;Continuously improve/analyze/optimize processes and workflows; Fluency in English and in HungarianLogical thinking and strong knowledge of Excel functionsProactive and open-minded personality Work experience in relevant field(s)Solid knowledge of production processesSAP knowledge in MM & PP modulePrior experience in multinational corporations or Chinese overseas factories is a strong plusChinese knowledgeCoordinating/supervising people in manufacturing area - one-shift (7: 00-15: 30)- multinational environment- part of a dynamic and growing team- carrier-building opportunities -international business relations
