Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Coordinator

Being aware of the 18 elements of the PPAP document that are the requirements of the AIAG PPAP 4th edition standardProvide support to other teams and departments within the company (automotive business lines, sales teams, and manufacturing teams) to complete and compile PPAPs and Part Submission Warrants (PSWs)Participate in PPAP coordination meetings with assigned business lines and keep track on status of all projectsManage PPAP updates - triggered by product changes or customer requests (Support customer-driven PPAP changes, updates, and/or questions)Provide status updates to the customer contacts of pending PPAP changes and PPAP submissionsManage time to keep PPAP deadlinesComplete tasks in the PPAP Tool: Create, track, and manage multiple requests by using the automated NXP PPAP Tool, Support Engineering groups and customer support teams with PPAP creations and/or updatesUnderstand the requirements of the IMDS entry process and cooperate with customers and NXP ECO-Products team in obtaining the IMDS data for the PPAP document. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.0-2 years’ working experience.Computer literacy: MS Office, Adobe Acrobat is a plus.Ability to act independently, efficiently, and close open issues.Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects.Excellent communication skills for all ranks of peers, engineers, managers, internal/ external customers: written and verbal.Ability to analyze and interpret general technical data.Studies/Knowledge/Experience in PPAP, Quality methods and/or in semiconductor environment is a plus Technical, mechanical or engineering affinity is a plus.Studies/Knowledge/Experience in PPAP, Quality methods and/or in semiconductor environment is a plus.
