Order & Shipment coordinator

Preparation and coordination of contracts based on received orders.Creation of customer orders in SAP according to the ordered configuration.Posting of inventory for products and accessories, preparation for shipment.Coordination and documentation of transport organization, packaging and loading.Monitoring the timely delivery of products and spare parts.Regular coordination with internal departments and external partners.Coordination and handling of complaints with partners. Minimum secondary education (high school diploma) required (higher education in economics/business or logistics is an advantage).Communication-level proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, German and Russian.Proactive attitude.Accurate and precise work.Flexibility and quick adaptability to changes.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel.Ability to understand complex interdependencies and customer needs.
