Anti-Fraud expert

Prepare, manage, and execute planned and ad-hoc Anti-Fraud reviews, assessing fraud risks and potential financial losses.Conduct Anti-Fraud risk assessments, coordinate the required resources, and oversee the implementation and follow-up of risk mitigation actions.Prepare clear and comprehensive reports on identified risks, findings, recommendations, and their potential consequences in both Hungarian and English.Perform data analysis and evaluate compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.Carry out on-site inspections at MOL premises (e.g. refineries, depots, and other operational sites) based on business needs or specific assignments.Collaborate closely with business functions, departments, and employees across the organization.Develop recommendations to enhance security capabilities, inspection processes, and tools aimed at reducing fraud risks and losses.Conduct screening and integrity assessments of potential business partners and suppliers.Represent the function and deliver presentations in an international environment.  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Security, Law, Economics, or a related field.Advanced English and fluent Hungarian language skills.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a control-related role.Valid certificate of criminal record (not older than 3 months).Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Category B driving licence with active driving experience.You’ll fit in our team if you: Always look for what is best for the company.Focus on solutions ("how") rather than obstacles ("why not").Take initiative and continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve.Actively seek feedback and value different perspectives when making decisions.
