Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing, updating and publishing job descriptions and job advertisementsProactively source candidates via LinkedIn and professional/personal networksResponsible for arranging interviews, coordinating hiring processes, conducting initial candidate screeningSupporting the selection of suitable candidates and contributing to hiring decisions to ensure selection of the best-fit candidatesInitiating and developing training programs, supporting employee development and coordinating training activities to foster personal and professional growthReview employment related processes and procedures to ensure full legal and regulatory complianceAssisting with the administration and tax matters related to our international employees.
