Ground Handling Service Level Coordinator

Supporting the ongoing BUD-GH SLA by collecting and extracting data from the system (in Excel).Identification and escalation of the daily GH issues on systemic level, administration.Preparing summaries, charts, analysis and statistical presentations from the digital or manual recorded KPIs, spot checks. Follow up on KPIs of the BUD-GH SLA, spot checks and suggestions for modifications.Keeping contact with the ground handling companies.
