Employer Branding Partner

Your roleExecute Employer Branding initiatives that support talent attraction, employee engagement, and retention, while strengthening the company’s employer brand presence across key markets. Key responsibilitiesExecute data-driven solutions to strengthen the employer brand and increase its value for candidates, applicants, and employees.Deliver and adapt MOL Group branding projects across markets, following the company methodology, including consultancy, campaign activation, communication, and use of data and metrics.Actively use data and tools to support decision-making and achieve set targets.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project goals. Monitor trends and initiatives in the field and propose relevant improvements and solutions for the organization.Support special projects from the Group Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding.
