Preparing and maintaining procurement reports, analyses, and dashboardsCreating presentations, summaries, and meeting materialsCompleting procurement templates and collecting the required information from relevant stakeholdersPreparing procurement contracts and related documentation based on approved templatesAssisting sustainability and compliance initiatives, incl. communication with suppliers (e.g. EcoVadis, EUDR)Coordinating Preferred Supplier processes and supporting the involved stakeholdersManaging procurement documentation and supporting audit preparation activitiesSupporting compliance with procurement policies and processesUpdating templates, guidelines, training materials, and internal communication documents. Hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldHave min 1-2 years of professional experience in a role involving coordination of business processes and interaction with internal stakeholders.Have advanced English language skills, both written and spokenAre confident in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applicationsAre highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your workCan effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesEnjoy collaborating with different teams and suppliersSee your long-term career path in procurement Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systemsExperience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Shared Services.
