Payroll Project Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end payroll activities Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding payroll-related matters Monitor payroll delivery performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities Support payroll implementations, transitions, and process harmonization initiatives Ensure payroll processes comply with internal standards and local requirements Facilitate regular governance meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. 3+ years of experience in payroll operations, payroll project coordination, or payroll service delivery Experience working in an international or multi-country environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Fluent English communication skills.
