Responsible for maintaining and updating SOP documentation in line with process changes.Coordinate with vendors where applicable for ordering discount cards, vouchers, anniversary certificates and other benefits.Manage tasks related to apprentices (joiners/leavers, modification, data management, document management, benefit administration) .Working with CI mindset. Participate and deliver continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives to improve delivery, efficiency, quality and save cost.Participate in the reporting and controlling activities required by the business and the authoritiesAnswer queries from colleagues regarding their employment and pay.Maintain ad hoc tasks related to People Admin processes.You will needMinimum high school educationIntermediate level English languageAdvanced Czech or Slovak language knowledgeAbility to handle personal data with highest level of confidentialityAbility to work accurately and consistentlyCustomer service mindsetNumeracy SkillsAbout usWe established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019.
