Knowledge of UK employment practices and employment law. Experience partnering with managers on performance, engagement, and organisational change topics. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a practical and solutions-focused mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting payroll preparation is an advantage. Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee engagement, sensitive people matters, etc. Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, investigations, and performance issues. Provide practical, business-focused advice on UK employment law, policies, and HR best practices. Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.
