Accountant

Our prestigious multinational partner who is a leader in it’s field is looking for a talented, experienced professional to join its growing Budapest project.

Main responsibilities:

Monitoring and booking of incoming invoices via electronic system and workflow administration

PO and non-PO invoice entry and validation

Bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts

Provide audit materials and reporting

Ensure manuals/documentations are up to date

Proactive issue resolution

Monitor, action and follow-up of pending balance sheet items

Preparation/review of corporate tax and VAT returns of our clients

Ensure all process controls (SOX, etc.) are executed and documented accordingly

Required skills:

Fluency in English

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Excellent communication and problem solution skills
