Our partner is expanding its high-performing Budapest branch and seek a tech-forward finance systems specialist to lead their digital enablement efforts on a global scale. Operating at the intersection of business logic and system architecture, you will serve as the primary navigator for the global finance streams, translating operational workflows into seamless, high-performing technical solution. This role is tailor-made for an analytical, self-reliant problem-solver who possesses a strong critical-thinking mindset, dares to challenge the status quo, and thrives on turning complex technological puzzles into streamlined business value.

Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field.

5–8 years in O2C, S2P, or R2R, preferably within an SSC/BSC environment

Hands-on experience with major enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or BlackLine).

Practical skills building workflow solutions with Power Automate, RPA, or Excel VBA.

Confident using generative AI for analysis and configuring AI-driven tools.

A proactive, self-reliant critical thinker who dares to ask questions and challenge the status quo.

Strong bridge-building skills with fluent English for international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Support & Optimization: Act as the technical subject matter expert to ensure the stability and performance of our core finance platforms. Analyze complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement practical technical solutions or workarounds.

Workflow Automation & AI Configuration: Translate operational business needs into custom workflows, reports, and system configurations

System Testing & Deployments: Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, coordinate functional testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, migrations, and new tool rollouts.

Controls & Risk Management: Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed system changes and proactively flag upstream or downstream process impacts to prevent added complexity or risk.

Global Collaboration & Liaison: Serve as the primary technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating requirements and managing requests.

Documentation & Training: Create and maintain clear system documentation, configuration records, and training guides.
