French Speaking Junior Vendor Income Management Specialist

Your future tasks will be… As a Junior Vendor Income Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support for a number of our partner programs in relation to; Vendor marketing & business development income across our core operating countries. You will work with local country stakeholders to ensure that we optimise vendor marketing income efficiency and maximise profitability. On a daily basis: Monitoring our Partner’s program and guidelines to gain the necessary knowledge of the funding opportunitiesEnsuring that funding requests are planned and applied for within Partner MDF portals on time, accurately and communicated to the relevant stakeholder(s), in accordance with the Partners Guidelines. Ensuring that approved funding is claimed promptly in accordance with the Partners guidelines, whilst maximising the income available to Computacenter.Providing effective and regular communications to key stakeholders on current funding, program changes, and any risk of expiring funds, and escalate accordingly where requiredRaising of purchase orders for 3rd party costs associated with marketing activities.Creation of invoices to vendors for approved income to be paid to Computacenter in a timely manner.Maintaining MDF Salesforce platform. You are the ideal candidate if... You are fluent in English and FrenchYou are interested in a back-office role and able to handle details in a precise way.You have a finance background or experience in financial processes.You have experience with MS office package, especially Excel (You have an advantage if you have previously worked with ERP systems or if you have Knowledge of IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products).You are organised and able to prioritise and handle multiple requests simultaneously.You have experience working in a multinational team and have good communication skills.
