French Speaking Material Master Data Specialist

We are looking for our new Master Data Specialist to join our Group Material Master team. Amongst others, this function plays an important part in our product business, ensuring high quality data management, proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement. On a daily basis: Preparation of manufacturer material data for maintenance businessAccess and research technical device information’s in manufacturers and suppliers data sourcesCompile the search result of data into Computacenter standardized system specificationsCreating, maintaining and updating material master data in SAPMonitoring and checking automatically created materialsManaging all ‘Source of Supply’ settings for SAP materials Managing lifecycle status for materialsMonitoring and managing enhanced product content fed by providers, processing records to correct inaccurate or missing contentCollaborating with other functions to optimise quality of product presentationProviding daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc reports. You are fluent in English and FrenchYou have at least 1 year of experience in complex data managementYou are interested in a back office role and able to handle details in a precise wayYou have experience working with ERP systems - preferably SAPYou have knowledge of IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products is an advantageYou are confident with MS office and have a strong Excel knowledge (Macro, VBA & SQL are advantage)You are able to prioritise and handle multiple requests simultaneously You have experience working in a multinational teamYou are able to manage customer expectations and resolve significant customer issues whilst moving the business forward.
