Service engineer

comprehensive support for customers using Amada machines, carrying out instructions for the customer's operating staff, performing scheduled machine maintenance, independent installation of new Amada machines, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults, documenting machine conditions, ordering spare parts necessary for repairs, cooperation with other departments, travel significantly within Hungary, occasional business trips abroad may be required. minimum 2 year of experience in field service, but we also welcome applications from entry-level candidates, technical education, knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, ability to solve technical problems in maintenance, team working ability and ability to build relationships with clients, category B driving license, good communication skills, communicative level of English, proactive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction, ability to work independently. stable employment under an employment contract with a global industry leader, job-related professional training, continuous learning and developing on the job, necessary work tools: laptop, phone, and a company car (also for private use).
