Sales assistant

Work together with the sales managers to implement the growth strategy of Groupe BPCE and BPCE, Equipment Solutions (BPCE HU) and grow our Hungarian footprint, Prepare quotes to customers and vendors, collect relevant documents from customer, record those in our CRM system (Currently AdviseSoft, ONE PLATFORM), Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and agents, Provide assistance in the contracting payout process to ensure smooth workflow, Participate in projects related to sales and operations – expert inputs and testing requirements, Work closely together with other service lines and teams in Hungary and Europe. University/ College degree, preferably in Finance/ Business, Proven track record in bank or leasing administration, Good IT skills and good command of English; a second foreign language (preferably German, French) is an advantage, High level of responsibility for customers, files and tasks, Attention to details and deadlines including maintaining a high quality of work, Ability to work with cross functional departments, especially with legal, accounting and risk, Proactive problem-solving skills.
