Operational Purchaser (m/f/d)

Place and track purchase orders to suppliers.Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and internal teams.Review and resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies.Manage inventory levels across our multiple distribution centers.Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.Analyze procurement performance and trends.Maintain master data in relevant systems. Education in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.At least two years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and in using procurement software and systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the industry and market trends.Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
