Country Finance Compliance Specialist

Oversee local tax obligations and regulatory requirements across multiple business locations Prepare or review periodic tax returns, payments, and statutory filings Maintain audit-ready tax documentation and support digital compliance requirements Monitor environmental and extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations where applicable Coordinate with external advisors and local authorities regarding filings, payments, and compliance matters Implement preventive controls to reduce recurring compliance issues Cooperate with the Country Finance Manager and Central Teams in international finance and accounting projects Bring new ideas for change and continuous development, work on the Implementation of new financial systems, processes and controls 4–5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and local tax requirements Hands-on experience interacting with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies (filings, queries, audits, and registrations) Strong understanding of operational tax processes and statutory filing requirements Experience supporting compliance activities in a multi-entity or multi-site environment is an advantage Active, fluent English in written and in spoken Ability to meet established deadline and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Communicative, open-minded and agile personality Attractive salary package Development and promotion opportunities Work in an international environment A friendly organizational culture Employee discount up to 20% Free employee assistance program (EAP) Hybrid working option after the onboarding/training period.
