Corporate Finance Expert - Treasury M&A Expert

Develop subsidiary financing solutions to ensure optimal liquidity and long-term financial stability of assigned subsidiaries;Shape the capital structure of subsidiaries and make dividend proposals; Support subsidiaries’ business activities by structuring and issuing parent company guarantees and other commitments;Act as Treasury advisor in ongoing M&A transactions, covering deal financing structuring, parent company support mechanism, payment flows and other Treasury topics (including securities, currency)Draft and negotiate subsidiary financing related agreements and review M&A transaction documents from a Treasury perspectivePlay an active role  in post-transaction integration processes, including financial restructuring and Treasury integration of new subsidiariesYou will manage a wide stakeholder group: you will closely cooperate with subsidiary CFOs, other Finance areas, M&A and Legal.
