Billing OperationsComplete invoice generation and validation in line with contract terms and pricingSupervise and resolve billing errors, discrepancies, and exceptionsManage billing blocks and support release activities in SAP where requiredPerform billing corrections including rebilling and data adjustmentsEnsure completeness and accuracy of billing cyclesIIPA (Invoice Issue Processing & Adjustments)Investigate invoice disputes and root causesImplement financial corrections (credit notes, rebilling, adjustments)Resolve invoice-related issues impacting customers and internal participantsEnsure correct financial outcome and compliance with controlsCustomer & Operational SupportSupport resolution of customer billing queries in coordination with Customer CareLiaise with Sales Support, Master Data, and Pricing teams to resolve issuesProvide input into process improvements based on recurring billing issuesControls, Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to BP financial controls, audit, and compliance standardsMaintain accurate documentation for all billing corrections and adjustmentsSupport reconciliation activities and financial reporting where requiredKey Activities (Aligned to BP Activity Files / Process Split)Invoice processing (creation, validation, correction)Error handling (invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, data inconsistencies)Credit note processingBilling block management and releaseBilling-related SAP transactionsFinancial adjustment processing (IIPA activities)Coordination with cross-functional teams (CMD, Customer Care, Sales Support) Relevant Business degree /certification or equivalent experience requiredAbility to understand of the business requirements and strategyMinimum 2 years previous experience in a business support environmentFluency in English and GermanMust demonstrate high level of proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Excel & Word) and show an intermediate level interest in CRM systems/applicationsStrong time management and organisation skillsExcellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationshipsGoal-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstaclesCapability to work in a team or individually if requiredAbility to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracyHighly motivatedExhibit strong Phenomenal Teammate characteristics, constructive communication and active listening skills at all times.
