By this you support our customers in improving their business and profitability.You are the contact for our long term business customer base and the recipient for their requests regarding IT infrastructure products.You work close together with customers, vendors and distribution as well as internal experts, service and sales teams you create proper configurations in vendor tools and finally valid quotes to our customersYou support customer situations in different complexity levels – reaching from quotes for single products, via customers with large multiyear frame contracts to complex solutions and projectsAs an expert in our technical business you skillfully combine your knowledge about our harware product portfolio with the best vendor processes and toolsYou know which products fit into your customer environment, which pricing schemes apply best and how to optimize processes.
