External Warehouse Specialist

Explore and follow-up storage demands of S&OP departments, locate suitable external warehouses to fulfil storage demands, set up inventory management process, monitor and assess the performance of warehouse partners, management of warehouse issues (e.g heating, labelling, custom clearance etc.), observe and follow-up laws, provisions, directions related to logistics and warehouse activities, review warehouse costs & invoices; approve warehouse transfer orders, collaborate with logistics team and others to plan Europe local warehousing & logistics network, improve delivery accuracy and timeliness. MSc Degree and at least 3 years of experience in logistics or warehousing, logistics or warehousing knowledge in Europe, fluent Hungarian and English in both verbal and written form, excellent negotiation and communication skills: able to arrange business trips for warehouse negotiations and physical stock counts as required, analytical thinking, strong international mind-set and multi-cultural aspect. 13.5 monthly base salary on annual basis, annual performance-based bonus, cafeteria system (gross 450.000 HUF/year), support of private pension fund payment, commuting allowance, opportunities for professional development within our career path and talent management systems.
