French-speaking HR Administrator

Provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR activities are completed accurately and on time.Respond to employee queries in French and English, providing first-line support and directing employees to the appropriate policies, procedures or specialist teams.Work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Immigration and other internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent service.Maintain process documentation, trackers, service-level agreements and standard operating procedures.Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and re-engineer HR processes while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity and stakeholder service.Work modelWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.At least three years of experience in HR administration, HR operations or process management, preferably within a multinational organisation.Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle.Strong organisational skills, accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities within agreed timelines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.These will help you stand outFamiliarity with French employment law, regulations and HR practices.Experience working within an HR Shared Services environment.Experience reviewing, improving or re-engineering administrative processes.A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.A high school qualification, college diploma or university degree.
