As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.As a Supplier Coordinator you would work within the Supplier Advisory and Monitoring team, who are responsible for contract management, supplier evaluation and process setups. On a daily basis: You follow the execute the Group Supplier onboarding process within SLAYou use your initiative to escalate or flag aged or sensitive supplier requests to appropriate senior managementYou evaluate supplier-based risks and drive appropriate resolutionYou appreciate contractual or commercial terms and conditions and re-route challenges to appropriate Commercial, Purchasing, Contracts, or Legal stakeholders for resolutionYou work closely with the Legal Division, Purchasing, and Partner Management managersYou handle the Group Contract Database by archiving all contracts and agreements in the Group SharePoint Contract DatabaseYou drive continuous supplier optimization and consolidation. You are the ideal candidate if... You have 1-2 years of experience in multinational environment preferably in a similar positionYou are fluent in French, and have good command of EnglishYou have some experience in the management of supplier contracts (manufacturers, publishers and wholesalers)You have sound knowledge of MS-OfficeYou developed interpersonal skills: relations with Legal or other internal departmentsYou have distinctive organisational strength, you administrate accurately and ability to work with tight deadlinesYou are able to analyse supplier financial statements for detailed insightsYou have high self-motivation and ability to work independently and part of a teamYou have organisational skills and can manage conflicts. You have an advantage if... You have degree in Commerce/Economics/Business related fieldsYou have experience of working in international and remotely managed teamsYou are familiar with SAP.
